Hagen Renaker “Postage Stamp” Mini MORGAN Horse 2-1/2” Tall with Tag

From an estate collection is this Hagen-Renaker Postage Stamp Morgan horse figurine - measures 2-1/2” tall. I am not certain of the age but info I found says these were released in 1988 & originally on a Plexiglas base & later on the clay/porcelain base as this one is. In like new condition.  PLEASE READ DESCRIPTION & VIEW ALL PICTURES - THANK YOU! My items are from estate sales/auctions so I can’t guarantee they come from pet/smoke free homes - my sniffer/nose does not work due to a medical condition!
