When we were seeking to make the very best Coca Cola Santa Belt, we found that no-one was making a proper buckle. Responding to this need we have produced our very own Solid Brass Santa buckle for 4" leather. This is the same sturdy buckle that we now use to build the extremely popular Coca Cola Santa Belt! It is an easy fit for a 4" strap of leather and is made to last several lifetimes. This is a craft made product and as such has character marks reflecting the creation process. The overall appearance is a brilliant golden polished finish and we are confident that it will exceed your expectations.
Outside dimensions: 5 7/8" wide by 5" long.  Inside dimensions: 4 1/8" wide by  2 7/8" long.  Weight: 12.4 oz.
Metric measure: Outside: 15 cm wide x 12.7 cm long.  Inside: 10.5 cm wide x 7.3 cm long.  Weight 350 grams.
Complete Belt and Buckle are NOW AVAILABLE: We are now offering a completed Coca Cola Santa Belt custom made to your measurements!  It's made with high quality sealed 10-12 oz. Black latigo or Chestnut bridle leather and is built to last for a very long time.  You can order one of these belts by selecting it from the menu then sending along your "cookie zone" (belly circumference while wearing all Santa clothing) measurement.  (Please note that there will be a few days of build time while we make your belt.)  We also are happy to offer this high quality 4" sealed leather as a full length strap so that you may mount your own buckle.

Buckle Only - Our large solid brass Santa Buckle ready to mount on to your leather
Full Length Strap - This is a sealed, edge dyed and finished strap of leather.  Ready for leathercrafting.
Economizer options:
We normally build complete belts out of longer straps in one piece. If you'd like to get a discount, we can built a ring spliced belt for you making a long belt out of two smaller pieces and putting a solid brass ring at the junction.  Just send us an Ebay message and we can talk over the details.
When we prepare buckles for installation we polish them carefully.   Not every buckle meets our standards for top quality so when we find one with a few small defects/pits, we set them aside to sell them at a discount.   The overall impression is the same but we don't use them unless the customer has a limited budget.

This fine belt is handmade entirely with hand tools in our smoke free workshop in Saint Albans, Vermont.

Handling time:
We generally ship in just a few days but we also attend a large event called The Pennsic War takes us away from the workshop for several weeks every July/August.  We continue to accept orders while we are gone and will send things out within a few days of returning home.  Watch for the away message and note the handling time.  Please let us know if you are in urgent need by a specific date and we'll do our very best to accommodate your schedule.
